We offer a comprehensive management service for your property in Cannes. Including Key holding, meet and greets, first class cleaning, laundering of all bed linen, and full inventory checks. We inspect all appliances and lightbulbs replacing and repairing where necessary.
We provide all guests with our contact details should they need assistance during their stay.
At the end of each summer season we will arrange a 'deep-clean' of the property before close down.

Fees:
Property management annual charge 150€. (regardless of size)
Cleaning, Meet and greet etc hourly charge 19€ per hour. (min 1 hr charge)
